What are you playing this weekend?

metroid_tn.jpgI am finally making some more progress in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, but like any Metroid game I like to take my time and slowly explore everything. It's making me want to go back to some of the 2d games like Zero Mission but my stack is increasing ever larger with Dragon Quest Monsters: Rocket Slime and Children of Mana having just arrived at my door.

Also there's a little game called Halo 3 just released this week, so I should probably get up on that. What's on your plate for this weekend, Geekateers?

Got my first Goozex. I will be playing the used version of Elite Beat Agents which seems to not have a file reset option and whatever games you play while drinking at OKTOBERFEST!

John Woo Presents: Stranglehold. I'm a sucker for John Woo films, and with my 360 back I can finally invest time into the Hard Boiled sequel. The Doves themselves make it worth the rental.

Seriously, screw Halo. Fool me once shame on you, twice shame on me, third time - well I'll just wait until its a Platinum Hit for $30.

Tanya: You should REALLY check out Ouendan if you haven't played it yet. It's the Japanese version of Elite Beat Agents and far superior.

I'll be playing Eternal Sonata and LARPing Tetris aka helping someone move.

I am enjoying Elite Beat agents alright. The more difficult setting has not been played through.
