GayGamer Gets Hate Crime'd
My internet boyfriend Flynn messaged me frantically this weekend, his site had been targeted by homophobic hackers and was shut down. The forums were filled with hate speech, and then eventually they were just DOSed to death. Being that Flynn is making his living off being a blogger now, this hit him especially hard. One Kotaku commenter said it was like the "internet equivalent of arson" and it's very true. This 10 year old script kiddie essentially slapped Flynn's right to make a living out of his hands. The site is now back up, and many news sources have been reporting on the attack.
