We're a geek culture podcast and blog covering video games, music, food and more. We are the kinds of people who evangelize whatever we are into - it could be anything - but it's usually pretty geeky. We're casual, conversational, NSFW and hopefully interesting. We hope you enjoy it.

    Podcast for Monday, November 28th

This week Frodo and The Geek discuss such matters as the Nintendo Revolution interface, the death of the N-Gage, and the fight against video games by gamer girlfriends. Sounds tragic, doesn't it? WELL IT'S NOT. They also talk about their favorite kinds of cheese (this is a lie). Download it here or add http://www.weeklygeekshow.com/weeklygeek.rss to your podcasting software. Cheers!

    Show Notes:

    - Revolution interface revealed?
    - Sony will present PS3 at CES.
    - N-Gage dies like the dog it is.
    - Girlfriends Against Video Games.

This week's music was from The Relics of the Chozo, an album put out by the guys at Overclocked Remix.

Hey guys, thanks for the mention. Great show this week, had a nice laid back feel to it, not that it isn't normaly like that, just more so this week.

Thanks for pointing me in the direction of OC Remix. Lots of great music on that site. Took me all night and 10Gig of space to grab what I wanted but it was totally worth it.

Haha, I like how those gamer girlfriends in the article are:

    a) Misdirecting their angst towards videogames, as if it's somehow Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft's faults that their boyfriends don't pay any attention to them... and

    b) Whining as if they weren't aware of the fact that their boyfriends were gamers before getting into the relationship. And as if they're forced to stay in the relationship. HAY here's a bright idea... date someone else if their hobbies are so unbearable for you, instead of making some lame club against the hobby.

So, couldn't agree more with your comments here... heh.

Nice show this week... LAWL @ the 360 DVD drive being "poopy".
